This Villa is simply brilliant! It is that rare mix of home, holiday, luxury and relaxation without in any way being ‘over the top’. A very large villa, the property has a fabulous feel to it when you walk in that, in our opinion, makes it one of THE properties to rent in La Manga Spain. Outside there are two swimming pools, ample terrace space for those al fresco moments and uninterrupted views across the Championship South Course. Internally the villa is beautifully decorated throughout with a contemporary, stylish yet homely feel which can be found in the wonderful living space on the ground floor, the numerous window seats and snugs and the bedrooms and bathrooms.  Accommodating up to 14 people we believe that this is the first choice for a large family or families or a group get-together. The property is approximately 600msq – perfect!

Please Note: The property is suitable for any group size from 6 to 14.  The 7 bedrooms provide ample space for large gatherings but with prior arrangement for limited use of the bedrooms the property is not so overwhelming that a smaller group wouldn’t enjoy all it has to offer.  

ACCOMMODATION:

Ground Floor:
Living/Dining Area – Vast living space with sofas, coffee tables and seating and doors opening to the terrace, gardens and swimming pools. Dining Area with large dining table with seats 14 comfortably.
Kitchen, large and fully equipped with all oven, hob, fridge/freezer, etc etc and breakfasting area seating 6-8.

Upstairs:
In all there are 7 bedrooms. There are Three Ensuite Double Bedrooms with their own balconies and Two Family Bedroom Suites. The two family bedroom suites consist of a king-sized bed in the first bedroom which leads into a second separate bedroom containing two single beds and a private bathroom.

Downstairs:
Large Games Room with large built in bar, seating, pool table and table football.  Laundry room.  WC.

OUTSIDE: Wonderful gardens, lawns, orchard and terraces with views of the pool, golf course and Mar Menor. There are two swimming pools, one with a slide, large terraces and a traditional Spanish built in BBQ with an ice making machine. There is also an outdoor table tennis table. There are plenty of idyllic outdoor dining and seating areas all very private and secluded.
