This is a wonderful Individual Villa set within sizeable grounds overlooking the South Golf Course. The villa is large inside and offers ample accommodation for families or small groups. This traditional bungalow style villa is situated close to the centre of the resort.  It is fully airconditioned / heated making it an ideal all year round property for both golfing groups and families with easy access and everything on one level, with the exception of one bedroom which is externally accessed via a flight of steps.  This would suit older children or a couple.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through to lobby area.
Living Room with two sofas, coffee table, large flatscreen television, DVD, cd player, with access to outside patio with table and chairs, sun loungers, pool and garden. 
Dining Area - a circular room with table and chairs for eight people adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
Kitchen, fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, patio doors to terrace and pool.

Master Bedroom – a lovely large room with Kingsize bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes. Sitting area.  Doors to terrace and pool. Ensuite Bathroom: Bath, shower, washbasin and WC. Please note that the master bedroom is off the kitchen
Bedroom Two with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, tv and doors to terrace, plus Ensuite Bathroom: Bath with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom Three with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom Four with twin beds, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes. Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin. This bedroom is accessed externally via separate stairs - there is no internal access to this bedroom/ensuite.

Utility Room:  Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside
There is a large private pool, (quite deep) and outdoor shower, surrounded by lovely gardens and terrace areas with a very nice roof terrace also. Please note that there is no pool heating.  There is plenty of garden seating for a sunny or shady spot to relax in and comfortable outdoor dining furniture.  Private, off-street parking for ample cars.
