Monte Verde 4 Bed Villa

A superb villa in the Monte Verde area. Perched on the hillside this area offers wonderful views across the La Manga Club and beyond towards the Mar Menor. Guests have use of the nearyby two outdoor or one indoor community pools. The property is in pristine condition throughout and offers spacious accommodation for families or friends.   We do recommend that to make full use of the resports facilities, that you hire a car for your stay – the walk is quite steep!

ACCOMMODATION:

Entrance into Hallway and on to
Living/Dining Room, a large room with ample seating, satellite TV, DVD/CD player. There are sliding doors to large BBQ terrace with dining facilities, which has absolutely fantastic views.
Dining Area with table and chairs for eight people.
Kitchen - fully equipped with modern fittings including hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Lower Ground:
Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. There are sliding doors with beautiful view.
Bedroom Two with twin beds and wardrobe, plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasins.
Bedroom Three with twin beds and wardrobe.
Bedroom Four with twin beds and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasins.

OUTSIDE:
There is a good sized BBQ terrace with seating and a table for al fresco entertaining, plus large sun area for relaxing.

Full Air Con throughout. Reduced sport rates for 6 people.  Please note that many properties have a steep drive.

Monte Verde is set in an elevated position giving some of the best views of La Manga Club and the Mar Menor sea .The Monte Verde community is a relatively new village which combines apartments over split levels with villas built into the hillside surrounding community pools – one of which is indoor and heated!
