Monte Verde 3 Bed Apartment

This three bedroom apartment is set high on the hillside is the community of Monte Verde with the most spectacular panoramic views of the La Manga Club Resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea.  Fitted to a modern standard and well furnished, guests can enjoy their own private terrace as well as swimming and sunbathing at either of the two outdoor pools or even the indoor pool.  Please note that access to the properties is usually by a number of steps.  We do suggest car hire for Monte Verde guests wishing to make the most of La Manga’s facilities due to the location.

ACCOMMODATION (all on one level)

Entrance into hallway and through to:

Living/Dining Room – spacious and air-conditioned, furnished with chairs and sofas and coffee table, with a fireplace, satellite TV and DVD/CD player. Dining Area with table and seating for six people.  Patio doors lead to a terrace with a BBQ and stunning views across to the mountains beyond.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.
Master Bedroom with double bed and patio doors to the terrace, plus En-Suite Bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins.
Bedroom Two with twin beds.
Bedroom Three with twin beds
Bathroom Two with shower room and twin wash basins. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

OUTSIDE:  Private terrace with lovely views.

Monte Verde guests also enjoy exclusive access to two external community pools one of which is heated and a further indoor heated pool.
