High on the hillside is the community of Monte Verde with the most spectacular panoramic views of the La Manga Club Resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, guests of these luxury 2 bedroom apartments have use of the two outdoor or one indoor community pools. 
Each property has spacious accommodation, a terrace and is air conditioned throughout.  Penthouse apartments have a rooftop solarium.  Ideal for families or friends.

ACCOMMODATION

Access to the apartments is via a number of steps from the parking space.

Entrance through to air conditioned Living/Dining Room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/CD player and a telephone. Patio doors lead to a Terrace with barbeque and dining furniture, plus spectacular views to the mountains and the La Manga resort.
In penthouse properties, an external staircase leads to the private rooftop Solarium.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee maker.
Master Bedroom with double bed and an Ensuite Bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead to the terrace with views over the resort.
Bedroom Two – twin beds with use of a separate Shower Room with shower, WC and twin wash basins.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned.

There are 2 external community pools one of which is heated and a further indoor heated pool.
