The property is air conditioned throughout and is in excellente condition. 

ACCOMMODATION
Access to the apartment is via 15 steps from the parking space.
Entrance through to air conditioned Living/Dining Room which is well furnished and has a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a hi-fi. Patio doors lead to a terrace with a barbeque and outdoor dining furniture, and views to the mountains and over the resort to the Mar Menor beyond. 
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. 
Master Bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and patio doors to the terrace. Plus an En-Suite bathroom with walk-in shower and twin wash basins.
Bedroom Two has twin beds and use of the additional shower room.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned

There are 2 external community pools one of which is heated and a further indoor heated pool.
Terrace with barbeque and great views.
