Hallway through to spacious (air conditioned) Living/Dining Room. From dining room there is a breakfast bar through to:
Modern Kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. From dining room, doors lead out to Terrace area with barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.
Living Room with high ceilings, plus fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. Doors to the outside terrace.
From the terrace, stairs lead up to the Private Solarium from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the small gravelled garden area.

From the hallway, stairs lead down to the 4 air conditioned bedrooms. 
Master Bedroom has a double bed and an En-Suite Bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin washbasins. Patio doors lead out to the garden area.
