High on the hillside is the community of Monte Verde with the most spectacular panoramic views of the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. This new luxury detached villa benefits from its own pool, although guests may also choose to use one of the 2 outdoor or 1 indoor community pools.
The property is in pristine condition throughout and offers spacious accommodation for families or friends.

ACCOMMODATION (Two Storey)

Hallway through into the spacious Dining Room with adjoining Living Room. 
Kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer, coffee machine and an additional bottle fridge.
From the Dining Room, doors lead out to the terrace area which has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.
Living Room has a spacious feel with high ceiling, plus fireplace, satellite TV with DVD. Doors to the terrace.
From the Terrace, stairs lead up to the private solarium from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the private pool area. 
Cloakroom with WC and washer/dryer.

Downstairs

From the hallway, stairs lead down to the 4 air conditioned bedrooms. 
Master Bedroom with double bed, a safe, plus an En-Suite Bathroom with an oversized bath, an additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to the private pool.
Bedroom Two with two single beds which can be made into a double if preferred, plus En-Suite Shower Room and patio doors leading out to the pool.
Bedrooms Three with twin beds and portable TV 
Bedroom Four have twin beds with portable TV
Bathroom Three with shower, WC and washbasin

Private pool and exceptional views. Terraces with outdoor dining facilities and barbeque. Private driveway.
