This is a lovely detached villa set in a gorgeous location, right on the hillside and enjoying it’s own private pool. The owner has taken great care to ensure that the internal furnishings match the status of the property – cool and contemporary. The amazing views across the La Manga resort are to be seen to be believed, preferably while relaxing over an evening drink or meal… As well as its own pool there is a larger shared pool less than 50 metres away and the ever popular Monte Verde INDOOR pool is just 20 metres away.

Please be aware that the splash pool is NOT gated and therefore children must be supervised at all times.

Spacious air conditioned Dining room, with table and chairs for six people.  Doors lead out to the terrace area which has a BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the La Manga Club Resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.  Open to
Living Room – light and airy with high ceiling with sofas and coffee tables, plus fireplace, satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Doors to the outside terrace.
From Terrace, stairs lead up to the Solarium (roof terrace) from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the Private Pool area.

Downstairs (marble stairs – no stair gate facility)
Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, chest of drawers and TV. Large En-Suite Bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and shower over, WC and twin washbasins. Patio doors lead from bedroom out to the private pool.
Bedroom Two with twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobes.
Bedroom Three with twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobes and patio doors to the pool.
Bathroom Two with walk-in shower, bath, WC and twin washbasins.

The Monte Verde community ha a combination of apartments and villas, set in a glorious position built into the hillside and therefore offers some of the best views of La Manga Club and also the Mar Menor sea beyond. In addition to the private pool, there are two community pools (one indoors) available to guests.

Relevant information: In July & August please Saturday changeovers only (unless agreed otherwise).  Wireless internet is available at this property.  The charge is 50 euros per week, payable either in advance or locally.
