The simply amazing views across the La Manga resort are to be seen to be believed, preferably while relaxing over an evening meal… As well it’s own pool there is a larger shared pool less than 50 meters away and the ever popular Monte Verde INDOOR pool is just 20 meters away! Please be aware that the splash pool is NOT gated and therefore children must be supervised at all times.

ACCOMMODATION

Hallway through to spacious air conditioned Living / Dining room. 
Modern Kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine.
From the Dining room, doors lead out to the terrace area which has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the La Manga Club Resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.
Living Room feels airy with high ceiling plus fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. Doors to the outside terrace.
From Terrace, stairs lead up to the private Solarium from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the Private Pool area. 
Cloakroom facility on the ground floor.

Downstairs
The 3 air conditioned bedrooms.
Master Bedroom with double bed and En-Suite Bathroom with walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to the private pool.

Central Air Conditioning throughout. Sports Rights for 6 people.

Monte Verde is a combination of apartments and villas set in a glorious position and therefore offers some of the best views of La Manga Club and also the Mar Menor sea beyond.
