A superb, modern villa  which is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The villa benefits a very large living room and also spectacular views across La Manga Club towards the Mar Menor. With four bedrooms and comfortable accommodation, we feel that this villa is ideal for families and small groups who enjoy some peace and tranquility. The outdoor and indoor pool are within a two minute walk although we do recommend that to make full use of the resports facilities, that you hire a car for your stay – the walk is quite steep!!

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance into Hallway
Living / Dining Room, a very large L-shaped room with ample seating, satellite TV, DVD & video and CD player. There are sliding doors to large BBQ terrace which has absolutely fantastic views.
Dining Area with table and chairs for eight people.
Kitchen, a very large and modern room, fully equipped with hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Lower Ground
Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. There are sliding doors with beautiful view.
Bedroom Two with twin beds and wardrobe, plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasins.
Bedroom Three with twin beds and wardrobe.
Bedroom Four with twin beds and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasins.

Outside
There is a good sized BBQ terrace with seating and a table for al fresco entertaining, plus large sun area for relaxing.

Monte Verde is set in an elevated position giving some of the best views of La Manga Club and the Mar Menor sea .The Monte Verde community is a relatively new village which combines apartments over split levels with villas built into the hillside surrounding community pools – one of which is indoor and heated!
