Access to the apartment is via 16 steps from the parking space. 
Enter the apartment into the spacious air conditioned Living/Dining Room which is furnished in a bright and modern style, with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, telephone and a hi-fi. Patio doors lead to a terrace with a built-in barbeque and stunning views across to the community pool, the mountains and resort to the Mar Menor beyond. 
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.
Master Bedroom with double bed plus Ensuite Bathroom with walk in shower and twin basins.

There are 2 external community pools one of which is heated and a further indoor heated pool. A/C Included in summer months, extra charge rest of year.
