Entrance through to Hallway. Steps down to:

Level Two (Lower Ground Floor)
Large Kitchen, with dining table and chairs, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A door leads to a small terrace/drying area.
Spacious Living/Dining room, divided by a central fireplace. 
Living Room with satellite TV, DVD/video player and iPod docking station. Patio doors lead to a very large terrace with views over the community pool and to the Mar Menor in the distance. 
Dining room has a hi-fi and telephone and also has patio doors leading to the terrace.
Master Bedroom with a double bed and Ensuite Bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the large terrace. 
Cloakroom facility on this floor.

Level Three
Descend another set of stairs and arrive at the large Utility Room with an additional washing machine and tumble dryer. Door to a small terrace/drying area. 
Enormous Playroom/2nd Living Room, complete with fireplace, satellite TV, pool table and table soccer game. This room also has 2 double sofa-beds for last minute guests. Patio doors lead to a small garden area overlooking the community pool.
