On entry to the property the ground floor has the first of 2 kitchens and the first of 2 sitting rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine, and a small table and chairs.

The spacious living/dining room is divided by a central fireplace. It is air conditioned and well furnished, complete with TV, telephone, DVD player and hi-fi unit. Patio doors lead to an open terrace with views over the community pool and to the Mar Menor in the distance, and table & chairs. On the ground floor there is also a cloakroom facility, and a play room with TV and DVD player – a perfect space for the children to relax.

Down stairs are 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of which are air conditioned, and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, twin wash basins and separate walk-in shower. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a large covered balcony, which overlooks the community pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. The third bedroom has twin beds and use of the separate shower room.

Down stairs again is the fourth air conditioned bedroom with twin beds, which has use of the separate shower room. On this floor we also have the 2nd sitting room  and 2nd kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

The living room has a TV, DVD and hi-fi unit, and patio doors lead to the small covered terrace, with direct access to the community garden and pool. Go for a swim or just relax on the sun loungers, or sit at the table & chairs and have a barbeque.
