ACCOMMODATION

The Kitchen (ground floor) is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and coffee machine. Doors lead to the terrace area.
Living/Dining room is comfortably furnished with satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi and telephone, and patio doors leading to the terrace and garden area, with AC.
The terrace has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities.
There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor.

First Floor
Master Bedroom with AC, two single beds (can be made into a double if preferred) Plus en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Two with AC and twin beds (can be made into a double if preferred). Access to terrace
Bedroom Three with AC and two single beds. Access to terrace.
Family Bathroom.
