Living / Dining Room (air conditioned) is a double height room which gives a very light and airy feel. Well furnished and complete with satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi and telephone. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. 
Terrace has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities.

Also on the ground floor are the 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. 
Master edroom is en-suite with a shower room and has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred. Bedroom Two with twin beds.
