This property is located within the Monte Claro community but set back and sheltered by a wooded hillside, making the pool area to the rear of the property very private. Internally the house is spacious and beautifully furnished. It is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.

ACCOMMODATION

Kitchen is beautiful. Fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and coffee machine. The kitchen is air conditioned and has a breakfast bar. Doors lead to the terrace area.
Living / Dining Room (air conditioned) is a double height room which gives a very light and airy feel. Well furnished and complete with satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi and telephone. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. 
Terrace has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. 
Cloakroom facility on the ground floor.

Also on the ground floor are the 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. 
Master edroom is en-suite with a shower room and has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred.
Bedroom Two with twin beds.
Bedroom Three with twin beds.
Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

OUTSIDE – private pool and large sunbathing/al fresco dining terraces.

A fantastic 3 bedroom villa in the heart of La Manga Club. Beautifully furnished and well maintained with its own pool. Close to all amenities. Please note that there is no pool heating with this property.

Relevant information: In July & August please Saturday changeovers only (unless agreed otherwise).  Wireless internet is available at this property.  The charge is 5o0 euros per week, payable either in advance or locally.
