ACCOMMODATION

Entrance to the villa is via a hallway with a cloakroom on the left hand side.
Up a few stairs are the lounge/dining room and the kitchen.
Living Room with A/C is furnished in a comfortable homely style and has satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD player and fireplace. Patio doors give access to a terrace with views across the resort to the Mar Menor beyond. 
Patio doors off the Dining Room lead to a small gravel garden area.
Kitchen is a breakfast bar, and the kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine.

Lower Ground Floor
Stairs lead down to the three air conditioned bedrooms. 
Master Bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins.
