This is a lovely, well located and contemporary villa ideal for families who wish to be near to La Manga Club’s facilities but in a relatively quiet spot. Internally the property has been lovingly maintained and features a lovely kitchen area which we particularly like. Additionally there is a games room downstairs for those moments when the kids can occupy themselves. Externally the property is on the edge of the Los Naranjos development, yet only a few paces from one of the shared pools.

Entrance through to lobby area.
Living / Dining Area, a large room with two sofas, coffee table, television, DVD/CD player.  Doors to patio area with seating.
Dining Area with table and chairs for up to eight people. 
Kitchen - fully equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, with access to outside patio.
Master Bedroom with double bed, cabinets and wardrobes, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin. 
Family Bathroom: with shower, WC and wasbasins.

First Floor:
Bedroom Two with twin beds (can be made as double), bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, television and patio door to terrace.
Bedroom Three with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes.

Lower Ground Floor:
Bedroom Four with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe and Ensuite Bathroom: with shower, washbasins and WC. 
Games Room: Full size pool table, television, air hockey table and bar football.

The community has 2 pools within yards of the villas, one of which is heated, making it an ideal all year round rental villa. Ideal for 2 families as it is split over 3 floors and offers good living space and a games room.

Reduced sport rates for 6 people.
