This is a delightful Moorish style villa set in the mature pueblo of Los Molinos. The property is one of the very few villas in Los Molinos which has the benefit of level access into the property, ideal for those with limited mobility. As with all villas in this area the views are breathtaking from the private terrace, particularly as you look across stunning golf courses and the Mar Menor beyond.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance into the first floor with living / dining area.
Living Area with sofas and satellite TV.
Dining Area with dining table and chairs for six people.
Kitchen, fully equipped with hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge freezer.

Lower Ground Floor
Master Bedroom with double bed (can be converted to two singles) and wardrobe. Plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with two single beds (can be put together if necessary, please request) and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over WC and washbasins.

Upstairs
Bedroom Three with twin beds and Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.

Please note that the third bedroom is in a separate annexe, accessed via an external staircase.

Outside
There are two fabulous terraces, one which is directly accessed from the living room on the first floor, the second from the top floor. Both have BBQs and enjoy stunning views.

Translated into English, Los Molinos means “The Windmills” and it is in the shadow of these beautiful landmarks that you will find this picturesque villa village overlooking La Manga Club. There are numerous garden paths that lead you to the heart of the Los Molinos community, the popular and very beautiful swimming pool with its waterfall and ornamental bridge creating what is one of the most attractive settings on the resort. There is a  separate children’s swimming pool that ensures friends will be made, whilst the adults can socialise at the poolside bar. This exclusive and imposing pool is for the guests of Los Molinos and also boasts it own lunchtime restaurant (Please note: Open High season only).
