ACCOMMODATION

From the road, the villa is accessed via 6 steps and is in a very peaceful location.

Enter into the Living/Dining room which has a telephone, fireplace, satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD player, and patio doors lead to a small terrace. 
Kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.

Downstairs 
To two bedrooms, both of which can be air conditioned if required. 
Master Bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has a full En-Suite Bathroom. Bedroom Two with twin beds and use of the additional Shower Room.

Outside
From the front of the property, external stairs lead to the Solarium.
From the solarium, Bedroom Three which has its own independant access. Twin beds and an En-Suite Shower room.
