Los Molinos 3 Bed Villa

Los Molinos when translated means “The Windmills”. When you arrive you will see why, as it is in the shadow of these beautiful landmarks that you will find this picturesque development overlooking La Manga Club. Delightful garden paths lead into the heart of the Los Molinos community, which has a stunning (and arguably most beautiful in the resort) swimming pool with waterfall and ornamental bridge, a truly attractive setting. The separate children’s swimming pool is also a favourite, along with the poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal).  A real family destination!

These three bedroom villas feature first floor living rooms, with bedrooms above and below, and are situated to take advantage of the attractive views from their own BBQ terraces, plus spectacular views from the rooftop sun terrace. Many villas are accessed via pathways and steps. Please note that in some villas the third bedroom can only be accessed via an external staircase.

ACCOMMODATION

First Floor:
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob and washing machine – fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

Living/Dining area – open plan with comfortable seating area, satellite TV plus table and chairs for dining. Patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.

Ground Floor:
Master Bedroom – with double or twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe.  Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.

Bedroom Two – with twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe.

Family Bathroom – with shower, washbasin and WC.

Second Floor:
Bedroom Three – with twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe.  Ensuite Bathroom – with shower, washbasin and WC.
Please note that in some villas the 3rd bedroom has independant access via an external staircase (therefore, not suitable for young children).

Air conditioning is included in the High Season price.  Optional in Medium and Low Season (please ask).
