This comfortable two bedroom villa is laid out over two levels and enjoys a living area with access to a terrace that looks out onto the landscaped gardens.   The Los Molinos community enjoys are lovely communal swimming pool as well as access to all of La Manga Club’s sporting and recreational facilities.

ACCOMMODATION
Living/Dining Room with seating for four people and dining table and chairs, plus Satellite TV, DVD player and doors to terrace.
Kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.  Door to terrace.

Downstairs (narrow steep stairs)
Bedroom One with two single beds (can be made up to a double if requested) with wardobe and chest of drawers and door to walkway, plus ensuite Bathroom with bath with shower over, shower, WC and washbasins.

NB when you are entering or leaving the property by the front door, please beware of the spiral staircase down to the bedrooms which is positioned close to the doorway.

Outside
Roof terrace with BBQ facilities, patio furntiure and splendid views. Stairs from outside the front door lead to a large top sun terrace, offering wonderful views across La Manga Club and to the sea in the distance. 

Community pool with separate children’s pool.

Air conditioning is included in the High Season price. Optional in Medium and Low Season (additional £50 per week)

Translated into English, Los Molinos means “The Windmills” and it is in the shadow of these beautiful landmarks that you will find this picturesque villa village overlooking La Manga Club. There are numerous garden paths that lead you to the heart of the Los Molinos community, the popular and very beautiful swimming pool with its waterfall and ornamental bridge creating what is one of the most attractive settings on the resort. There is a  separate children’s swimming pool that ensures friends will be made, whilst the adults can socialise at the poolside bar. This exclusive and imposing pool is for the guests of Los Molinos and also boasts it own lunchtime restaurant (Please note: Open High season only).
