Los Molinos 16 is a popular villa. Set within the ’The Windmills’ (as they are known) is a truly picturesque development. Wander along its charming garden paths to the central feature, the stunning swimming pool with waterfall, separate children’s pool, poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal). These villas feature ground floor lounges with bedrooms above and below and are situated to take advantage of the attractive views from their own BBQ terraces.
Optional air conditioning is available at an additional charge, which is mandatory in high season.

ACCOMMODATION

From the road there is easy access to the villa which is in a very peaceful location.
Enter into the Living/Dining room which has a ceiling fan, telephone, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/CD player. 
Patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. 
Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and coffee maker.

Downstairs 
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and can be optionally air conditioned at extra cost.
Master Bedroom with two single beds (which can be made into a double bed if preferred) plus En-Suite Bathroom with twin wash basins.
Bedroom Two with twin beds and use of the additional Shower Room.

From the lounge there is an additional staircase leading to the Solarium, with lovely views to the Mar Menor.
