This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom traditional bungalow style villa has air conditioning/heating and its own small pool and private garden.  It is situated in a quiet position, but still within walking distance of the tennis centre, shops and restaurants in Bellaluz village.

It has an upper sun terrace with access from outside the entrance of the villa and a pool which can be heated. (supplement £150.00 per week).

ACCOMMODATION – Sleeps 4

Main floor:
Living/Dining Area: with sofas, coffee table, television, CD player,  DVD player, dining table and chairs, with access to outside patio with patio furniture, sun loungers and the pool.

Kitchen: Oven, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle coffee maker,with a serving hatch to dining area.

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom: with bath, separate shower, double washbasins and WC.  King size  bed,  built in wardrobes. Patio doors onto garden.

Bedroom Two: 2 single beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes.  Patio doors to front of villa.
Bathroom: bath with shower, washbasin and WC.

PLEASE NOTE: the pool is not gated and therefore guests are reminded to take extra care with children and toddlers.

Reduced sport rates for 4 people.
Relevant information: In July & August please Saturday changeovers only (unless agreed otherwise).
