This is a lovely villa set amongst glorious gardens in this exclusive area of the La Manga Club resort. The villa has been newly decorated and enjoys one of the finest locations of the development. The villa’s garden and plunge pool enjoy the benefit of sun throughout the day, making its location perfect for escaping to.  A built-in BBQ makes the terrace ideal for al fresco dining.  There is also a covered car port. Internally, the property is of a high specification, with marble floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen and the use of traditional colours, creating a welcoming holiday home. 

ACCOMMODATION – All on one level except for two steps in living room

Entrance into Hallway into
Living/Dining Room – a large room with large comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and CD player.  Sliding doors to the terrace and pool.
Kitchen – a good size and fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob and oven and microwave.
Bedroom One – off living area, with double bed and french doors to terrace and Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with twin beds (nb these are quite narrow), bedside table and wardrobe.
Bathroom Two with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

Outside
There is a large open terrace with BBQ and plunge pool. Please note that the pool is NOT gated, therefore there is direct access to the pool from the property.  Please take care with small children.

Full Air Conditioning throughout. Reduced sport rates for four people.  Wireless internet is available at this property.  The charge is 50 euros per week, payable either in advance or locally.
