This lovely 3 bedroom/3 bathroom traditional bungalow style villa is set in a quiet location in the heart of this exclusive area of the La Manga Club resort. The villa has a good size terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, a private garden and plunge pool  A built-in BBQ makes the terrace ideal for al fresco dining.  Internally, the property is well furnished and fully equipped, creating a welcoming holiday home. 

The property has full air conditioning/heating.  It is  within walking distance of the tennis centre, and many bars, shops and restaurants, especially those in the Bellaluz village.

There is an upper sun terrace (accessed externally by the front entrance to the villa.  The pool can be heated upon request (supplement £150.00 per week).

ACCOMMODATION – sleeps 6

Main floor:
Living/Dining Room – with sofas, coffee table, television, CD player, DVD player/video.  Dining Area with dining table and chairs, with access to outside terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers and the pool.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, with a serving hatch to dining area.

Master bedroom – with double bed (or 2 singles if requested), bedside tables and built in wardrobes with En-suite bathroom: with bath with shower, washbasin and WC.  Patio doors to garden.

Bedroom Two: with twin beds, bedside tables, built in wardrobes.  Patio doors onto garden. En-suite bathroom: Bath with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom Three: with twin beds, bedside tables, built in wardrobes. 

Bathroom Three: Bath with shower, washbasin and WC.

OUTSIDE - There is a large open terrace with BBQ and plunge pool. Please note that the pool is NOT gated, therefore there is direct access to the pool from the property.  Please take care with small children.

Full Air Conditioning throughout.  Reduced sport rates for four people.
