This is a beautifully furnished three bedroom villa in a peaceful location. Situated over three levels, the accommodation is spacious with the top floor benefitting from a very sunny roof terrace with barbeque. The living room and dining room have views to the back garden.
The villa has its own private pool with optional heating, which is available at an extra charge.  Please note that pool heating is not available between November and March inclusive

ACCOMMODATION – Sleeps 6 (over three floors)

Kitchen is on the ground floor, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, and coffee machine. The washing machine is housed in the utility room in the basement.
Living/Dining Room (air conditioned), well furnished with CD player, DVD player, pay telephone and satellite TV. Patio doors lead to the Terrace area, with barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. 
Shower Room on the ground floor with WC.

First Floor:
Master Bedroom with double bed and air conditioning plus En-Suite Bathroom.
Bedroom Two with twin beds with A/C.
Bedroom Three with twin beds and A/C. 
Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

OUTSIDE Large Roman style private pool is ideal for relaxing. There is a covered barbeque area with built-in barbeque, dining facilities, and a small garden with some natural shade.

Private drive for parking. Quiet location. Reduced sport rates for six people. A/C throughout.  Pool heating charged at £185 per week

A delightful feature of these properties is their rooftop BBQ terraces which look across the three large private pools and the golf course beyond
