Delightful townhouses situated in a peaceful location a short drive from the centre of the La Manga Club. Inside, the accommodation is spread across two floors in a traditional layout with three bedrooms upstairs and the living space on the ground floor. To the rear of the property is private patio area with seating and BBQ. There is also access to the shared pool. Although not vital, we do recommend the use of a car while at this property.

Entrance through to hallway with downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin and into large, open plan living/dining area.
Living Room with two sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD/CD player plus doors to the patio garden.
Dining Area with table and chairs for six people.
Kitchen - fully equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and fridge/freezer. 

First Floor (up twisty narrow marble stairs)
Bedroom One with double bed, wardrobes and Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom Two with twin beds and chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.
Bedroom Three with twin beds and wardrobes.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin and WC.

Second Floor (up twisty narrow marble stairs)
Steps up to private terrace offering views towards the shared pool and surrounding areas.

OUTSIDE: small ground floor patio with BBQ and lawned garden (not totally enclosed) with steps up to communal gardens and pool beyond.

Reduced sport rates for 6 people. Air Conditioning throughout.

Relevant information: In July & August please Saturday changeovers only (unless agreed otherwise).
