The popular Las Brisas community contains a selection of deluxe townhouses and individual villas, all well appointed in beautiful landscaped gardens adjacent to the South golf course. A beautiful enclave! There are three community pools making swimming and sun bathing peaceful and private. It is also great for young families and groups of friends.

ACCOMMODATION – Sleeps 4

Entrance through to open plan living/dining area with sofas/chairs and coffee table, satellite TV, a DVD/CD player and fireplace and patio doors leading to the terrace.  Dining area with table and chairs for 4 people.
Kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and coffee maker, with door leading to terrace area with barbeque and outdoor dining facilities.

First Floor:
Master Bedroom – with double bed and wardrobe plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasins.
Bedroom Two – with twin beds plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.

On the Second Floor there is a private solarium.

Reduced sport rates for four people. Full air-conditioning throughout.  A delightful feature of these properties is their rooftop BBQ terrace which look across the three large private pools and the golf course beyond.

Relevant information: In July & August please Saturday changeovers only (unless agreed otherwise).
