 This is a wonderful villa situated at the very top of Los Altos II and therefore offers superb views across the La Manga Resort. The property is beautifully furnished by the owner who takes a great deal of pride in presenting it to a very high standard. The villa has flexible accommodation with three bedrooms, two of which can be either doubles or twins. Please note that there are a number of steps to the property and also from the property to the shared pool which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or very young children.

Living / Dining Area is a very large room with large windows with stunning views. Two sofas and satellite TV.
Kitchen, fully equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge feezer, washing machine and microwave.

Lower Ground Floor 
Bedroom One with large double bed (can be made into two singles if requested) ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
Bedroom Two with large double bed (can be made into two singles, if requested) with ensuite bathroom, shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Three with large double bed (can be made into two singles).
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over WC and washbasin

Outside
There is a large terrace from the living room which has the most fantastic view across the resort and beyond.

Full Air Conditioning throughout the property. Sports Rights for four people.

The elevated hillside location afford stunning views over the landscaped olive groves and palm trees of La Manga Club, stretching beyond to the sea.
