These four bedroom detached villas are located in an excellent position with views of the La Manga Golf Courses and the sea beyond.  Each villa has the benefit of its own sun terraces and is centrally located: a short walking distance from restaurants and bars, shops and the tennis and leisure centre. The picturesque communal swimming pools enjoys equally stunning views.  Please note that access to the villas and the pools are along walkways and steps – which may not be convenient for those with limited mobility or young children/pushchairs.

ACCOMMODATION – Sleeps 8

Entrance through to large, lliving / dining room:
Living Area – with sofas and coffee table TV, DVD/CD player and doors to terrace. 
Dining Area – with table and chairs for eight people.
Kitchen – fully equipped with hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Downstairs to Lower Ground Floor:
Bedroom One – with double bed, wardrobe plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two – with two single beds.  Some properties have an additional Ensuite Shower Room with WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Three – with two single beds and wardrobe
Bedroom Four – with two single beds and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over WC and washbasin. Also washing machine.

OUTSIDE:  Terrace with sunloungers, table and chairs and BBQ with lovely views.

Full Air Conditioning included. Reduced sport rates.
