Los Altos 2 Bed Villa

The Los Altos community is set into the hillside and offers great views of the resort to the Mar Menor beyond.  The accommodation is conveniently located for tennis, bars, restaurants, children’s club and golf and guests enjoy the use of a number of community swimming pools.  This makes it a popular choice for holiday makers but please note that most properties are accessed by a number of walkways and steps.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices displayed are a guide price, and in some instances may vary slightly.  Air conditioning is included in high season, and is available as an optional extra for mid and low seasons. 

ACCOMMODATION – Sleeps 4

Hallway – with cloakroom with WC.
Up a few stairs to the living/dining room – open plan and furnished with sofas/chairs, satellite TV, DVD/CD player and table and chairs for four.  Patio doors lead to a terrace with table, chairs and BBQ. From here you have access to the private rooftop solarium with lovely views across the resort to Monte Leon and the Mar Menor.

Separate kitchen - fully equipped for your self-catering stay, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor and fridge/freezer.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 1 – twin beds (or double if preferred) with an En-suite Bathroom with twin wash basins. Some properties have patio doors to a balcony.
Bedroom 2 – twin beds with use of the separate additional Shower Room.

Full Air Conditioning throughout the property. Reduced sport rates for four people.
