The apartment has some fantastic features which make it a real favourite with us, including the enormous terrace which ‘wraps’ almost three quarters of the property. Inside the apartment is furnished to a high standard.  Air conditioning is included, along with many other ‘mod cons’ which are so important to make a holiday comfortable.  Access to the property is up an external flight of stairs.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is approached up a flight of stairs.
Entrance into hallway into open plan Living / Dining Area:
Living Area with Satellite TV, DVD and two sofas, coffee table and sliding door to balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
Kitchen, fully equipped with hob and oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  Door to small (external) drying/utility area with washing machine.
Cloakroom with WC, shower and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with twin beds and sliding window with railing overlooking lawns.
Bathroom with bath and separate shower, WC and washbasin.

Upstairs
To large Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, TV, bedside tables and doors to private terrace.  Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasins.

Outside
As well as a large terrace surrounding the apartment, there is also a large and private roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing.  Please note that access to the communal pool is from the front door and down the stairs to the gardens and pool.
