Added to this is a delightful terrace with BBQ which overlooks a shared  pool and offers guests a lovely spot to enjoy sun downers!  It’s location is also convenient for the facilities and amenities to be found at Bellaluz, a popular area for families. 

ACCOMMODATION 

Entrance, up some steps, into large, open plan living / dining area.
Living Area is a traditional room with beams and local style furniture plus ‘Club’ TV.
Dining Area with table and chairs for four people.
Kitchen, fully equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer.
Bedroom One with two single beds and Ensuite Bathroom
Bedroom Two with two single beds
Bathroom Two, shower, WC and washbasin.

Air Conditioning is included in High Season price.  Optional in Medium and Low Season (additional £50 per week)

Families and couples can enjoy the option of several swimming pools all conveniently situated within walking distance of the villas. Alternatively the private beach of La Manga Club is only a five minute drive away from El Rancho
