This is a large, comfortable detached villa centrally located within this popular village. The villa has an elevated position which provides a beautiful view across the gardens and pools within the area. The layout of the property is a traditional style where the living accommodation is on the first floor while the bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, this means that the bedrooms look out towards the gardens, lovely!

ACCOMMODATION

The property is approached via a flight of wooden stairs to the front door.
Entrance into Living / Dining Room.
Living Room with sofas, satellite TV and CD player. Double doors to terrace with built in BBQ and table and chairs.  Stairs up to roof terrace. 
Dining Area with table and chairs for 8 people. Doors from the dining area lead out to a terrace at the front of the property.
Kitchen fully equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine fridge / freezer.

Ground Floor
Master Bedroom with double bed cupboards and ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. French doors to the rear which open towards the gardens.
Bedroom Two with twin beds
Bedroom Three with large bunkbeds and also an additional single bed for an addtional person if necessary.

Air conditioning in all rooms except bedroom 3 which has a ceiling fan. Sports rights for 6 people included.

El Rancho offers some of the most sought after villas at La Manga Club, and is one of the most popular villages on the resort. It’s location overlooks La Manga Club’s south golf course and manicured gardens to the sea beyond. Families and couples can enjoy the option of several swimming pools all conveniently situated within walking distance of the villas. Alternatively the private beach of La Manga Club is only a five minute drive away.
