This is a spacious detached villa situated in a lovely position overlooking a shared pool. Kitchen, fully equipped with hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Lower Ground Floor (steepish staircase)
Master Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and washbasins. Doors to terrace area, with lovely views.
Bedroom Two with two single beds and views.
Bedroom Three with two single beds
Bedroom Four with two single beds.
Family Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and washbasins.

Outside
There is BBQ terrace area accessed directly from the living room. There is also a small roof terrace which is accessed from the BBQ terrace or the master bedroom.

Reduced sport rates for Eight people.
