This is an extended 2 bedroom 2 bathroom well-appointed villa  situated on one of the most popular villages in the resort. The villa, which is semi-detached, is particularly spacious inside while outside there are two terraces which provide beautiful views towards the Mar Menor and the La Manga resort. This property is very close to two of the village’s shared pools with the option to use a further seven nearby. The property is fully air conditioned.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance to large Living / Dining Area, beautifully furnished and comfortable for upto six people. Club TV. Sliding patio doors lead out to BBQ terrace with seating for 4 people. Dining table and chairs for four people. 
Kitchen – lovely spacious room, fully fitted with hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Downstairs
A spiral style staircase leads down to:
Bedroom One with double bed, fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with two single beds, fitted wardrobeand ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin

Upstairs
Spiral stairs from the living room lead up a small and private sun terrace at the top of the property.

Outside
There are two terraces (one with built-in barbecue), both with superb views of the Club, the Mar Menor, La Manga del Mar Menor and the Mediterranean beyond. Well furnished living and dining room leading onto the main terrace.

Air Conditioning is included in High Season price.  Optional in Medium and Low Season (additional £50 per week).

Children Welcome.  Sports Rights for four people.
