The property benefits from a BBQ terrace, which leads from the living area, along with an additional roof terrace – perfect for sunbathing! It’s views reach across the golf courses and on towards Mar Menor and sea in the distance. Within easy reach are the broad range of excellent facilities at La Manga including sporting activities, restaurants and bars. Parking is right outside the villa!

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance into small Hallway with Cloakroom, WC and washbasin
Kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and hob and oven.
Living / Dining Room, a very large room with high celings and beams. Comfortable seating for eight people, flatscreen TV. There are French doors which lead to a terrace, with built in BBQ and which overlooks the shared pool (There are stairs from this terrace to a roof sun terrace.) 
Dining Area with table and chairs for eight people, along with French doors to small terrace to the front.

Lower Ground Floor
Master Bedroom with double bed, and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and washbasins. French doors to small terrace area. Lovely views.

Family Bathroom, spacious room with bath, shower over WC and washbasins.
