El Rancho 36

El Rancho 36 is a recently refurbished villa set in the heart of this popular La Manga community. Internally the property is well maintained and is also presented in a clean and fresh fashion. Externally the property is a short walk from one of the many community pools which are particular popular for families, although they remain firm favourites with couples alike!

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance (via 3 small steps) leading to open plan living / dining room
Dining Area with table and chairs for four to six people
Living Area with two sofas, chairs, coffee table and TV with DVD and french doors to terrace area.
Kitchen, well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Downstairs (note these are quite twisty)
Bedroom One with large double bed or can be made up as twins, wardrobe, bedside table and Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasins.  Bedroom also has doors to small terrace which opens onto grassed frontage of the property.

Outside
The property has the benefit of two terraced areas, each offering views of the club; one off the living room and a second up twisty external stairs to a roof terrace with seats and loungers and BBQ.  NB Ledge on roof terrace could be a hazard for younger children.  There is also easy access to one or more of the nine El Rancho pools.

Access:  Access to the property from the parking area is up and down a number of public steps then there are 3 steps into the property.
