Immediate parking outside the property, entrance through front door on to first floor level with extremely large living room/dining room.  French doors lead out to large terrace with built in BBQ views over El Rancho, the Club and the sea in the distance.  Stairs from this BBQ terrace lead up to top sun terrace.   Lovely well equipped spacious kitchen.
