This is a lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom detached villa overlooking a shared pool. . The property is well furnished and equipped to a high standard, all of which is sure to make your stay a thoroughly enjoyable one. This villa also has the benefit of being right next to one of the many pools available to El Rancho guests.  There are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a BBQ terrace and glorious views.

ACCOMMODATION

From the front door hallway a short flight of stairs leads up to the spacious living/dining room with patio doors leading to a large BBQ terrace with patio table and chairs. From the front door hallway, stairs also lead down to the bedrooms.  From the external dining terrace a flight of stairs leads up to a sun terrace with wonderful views over El Rancho, La Manga Club and the sea in the distance. 

ACCOMMODATION
Small Hallway with cloakroom with WC and washbasin and stairs leading up and down into the property.
Kitchen is a good size and fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.

Open plan Living / Dining area with comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player.  Patio Doors from living area to large terrace with BBQ and table and chairs.
Dining area with table and chairs to comfortably seat six people with doors to small terrace at the front.

Lower Ground Floor
Downstairs there are three well furnished bedrooms and bathrooms.  French doors lead off the master bedroom to a very small terrace and out to the pool. Air conditioning throughout, overlooking a shared pool and parking right outside.

Bathroom Three with large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and stand.
