This light and detached villa has been furnished to a very high standard by the owner. The property, which is all on one level, also benefits from generous outdoor space and includes a delightful terrace with BBQ overlooking the pool. The property also has air conditioning throughout. A flight of wooden steps leads to the front door of this property.  A flight of stairs near the front door leads up to a sun terrace with some tree shade that overlooks the pool.  The owners have created a lovely outside sitting area to the front of the property which is ideal for enjoying a leisurely breakfast.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
Open Living/Dining Room: with large patio doors leading out to very large BBQ terrace and pool (beautiful in the evening!) Club TV including UK channels and video. Seating, sofas, coffee table and dining table for six.
Bedroom: with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and doors to terrace.  Ensuite Shower Room, with shower, WC and washbasin and washing machine. 

Outside: 
Convenient car parking, Private roof top sun terrace, landscaped gardens. 

Access:  14 steps down to lovely sheltered sunspot with table and chairs and retractable awning outside front entrance.
 
Air conditioning included in High Season price.  Optional in Medium and Low Season (additional £30 per week)

This villa has reduced sport rates for two people.
