A superb villa that has recently undergone a recent refurbishment. The owners have sought to create a property that provides a sense of luxury with an excellent attention to detail. The result is a villa that is contemporary and well presented and thoughtful in creating a comfortable holiday destination. The villa has also retained many traditional features, including a fireplace in the living room, marble surfaces and the ever popular open terrace area. Collectively these all contribute to make this a particularly popular property. 

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance into Living / Dining Room with fireplace, sofa and seating for four people, flatscreen TV with cinema surround sound, ’Club TV’, DVD player and CD player.
Kitchen, fully equipped with hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.

Lower Ground Floor (via spiral style staircase)
Bedroom One with extra large master bed which can be unzipped if requested. Ensuite Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and washbasins
Bedroom Two with two single beds.
Family Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasins.

Outside
There is a large sun terrace on top of the property with a BBQ and patio table and chairs.  The views from here are quite superb and ideal for an evening drink. 

Air conditioning is included in High Season price.  Optional in Medium and Low Season (additional £50 per week) 

The property has full Sports Rights for four people.

El Rancho offers some of the most sought after villas at La Manga Club, and is one of the most popular villages on the resort, offering spacious accommodation usually with fine views over La Manga Club’s south golf course and green gardens to the blue sea beyond. Families often choose El Rancho as it has several swimming pools, all conveniently situated within walking distance of the villas. We find that this is a good way for children and parents to meet and make new friends. Alternatively the private beach of La Manga Club is only a five minute drive away from the village
