El Rancho 103

El Rancho is a well established and ever popular location within the La Manga Club. It nestles in the foot hills of the resort and comprises of 1 to 4 bedroom Spanish style villas, making them ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. Scattered throughout the beautiful landscaped gardens are a total of nine swimming pools each complemented by a children’s paddling pool. The properties differ in design with some bedrooms on the ground floor and others accessed to the upper level by internal or external staircases. Each property has a terrace for ‘al-freso’ dining plus a rooftop sun terrace.

ACCOMMODATION

First floor (entrance level):
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob and washing machine.  Fully equipped for a self catering holiday.

Living / Dining area – open plan with comfortable seating area, satellite TV plus table and chairs for dining. Patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining facilities.

Ground Floor (down spiral style staircase)
Bedroom One – with extra large master bed which can be unzipped if requested. Ensuite Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and washbasins
Bedroom Two – with two single beds.
Family Bathroom – with shower, WC and washbasins.

Outside:
There is a large sun terrace on top of the property with a BBQ and patio table and chairs.  The views from here are quite superb and ideal for an evening drink.

Air conditioning is included in High Season price.  Optional in Medium and Low Season (additional £50 per week) 

The property has reduced sport rates for four people.
