El Rancho 102 is a good example of a quality two bedroom villa in this popular La Manga Club community.  Located conveniently for one of the nine pools found in this part of the Club, it is ideal for a family, yet inside the owners have created a welcoming holiday home that is clearly well cared for.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through to open plan living area.
Living Area with sofa, chairs and additional seating, TV, DVD and video. There is direct access to a private balcony with table and chairs and BBQ.
Dining Area with table and chairs for four people.
Open Kitchen, recently re-fitted, is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Downstairs (note these are twisty and narrow)
Bedroom One with two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and doors to small grassed frontage.  Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasins.
Bedroom Two with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table.
Family Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin and washing machine.

Outside
There is the balcony from the living room, but there is also a private terrace on top of the property, ideal for catching the sun!  Please note however that there is a steep spiral external staircase to the terrace and a fixed bench could be dangerous for small children.
