This is an exclusive, private villa enjoying possibly some of the finest views across the La Manga Club resort. With five large bedrooms and five bathrooms, we believe that this villa is something quite special and just perfect for groups or families who like to enjoy space and quality. Inside, as you would expect, the villa is fully airconditioned / heated, while outside it enjoys a pool and terrace with BBQ area. The villa is situated away from the centre, but is still within a 3 minute drive to the Tennis Centre

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through to hallway.
Living Room -  a very large room offering panoramic views across the La Manga Club. Ample seating, coffee table, TV, DVD, cd player, with doors to terrace overlooking pool (NB no access to pool from this level).
Small Seating Area with additional chairs and views.
Dining Room – good sized room with dining table and chairs, plus access to terrace.
Kitchen, accessed from hallway, fully equipped with breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area and extra freezer.
Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

First Floor

Master Bedroom with large dressing area (with doors to front first floor terrace), double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, access to rear terrace with lovely views, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasins and WC.

Lower Ground Floor
Large lower level hallway with door to pool area and doors off to:
Bedroom Two with twin beds (can be made as double), bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, television, patio doors to pool area, plus Ensuite Bathroom  with bath, shower over, washbasins, WC.
Bedroom Three with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, television plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasins, and WC.  
Bedroom Four with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, television plus Ensuite Bathroom with Shower, washbasin and WC. 
Bedroom Five with twin beds, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes television plus Ensuite Bathroom: Bath with shower, washbasin and WC.
Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

Spacious Games room with table tennis and table football.

Free internet access available.

Outside:  Lovely pool with ballustrade round and separate covered dining/sitting area for BBQs etc. Landscaping.
