This is an exclusive, private villa enjoying possibly some of the finest views across the La Manga Club resort. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, we believe that this villa is something quite special and just perfect for groups or families who like to enjoy space and quality. Inside, as you would expect, the villa is fully airconditioned / heated, while outside it enjoys a pool and terrace with BBQ area. The villa is situated away from the centre, but is still within a 3 minute drive to the Tennis Centre

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through to hallway.
Living Room, a very large room offering panoramic views across the La Manga Club. Ample seating, coffee table, TV, DVD, cd player, with doors to terrace.
Small Seating Area with additional chairs and views.
Dining Room , good sized room with dining table and chairs, plus access to terrace.
Kitchen, accessed from hallway, fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer
Cloakroom with WC and washbasinoilet.

First Floor

Master Bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, access to terrace, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasins and WC.

Lower Ground Floor

Bedroom Two with twin beds (can be made as double), bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, television, patio doors to pool area, plus Ensuite Bathroom  with bath, shower over, washbasins, WC.
Bedroom Three with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasins, and WC.  
Bedroom Four with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, plus Ensuite Bathroom with Shower, washbasin and WC. 
Bedroom Five with twin beds, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes. Ensuite Bathroom: Bath with shower, washbasin and WC.

Access to pool and terrace areas. Please note that there is no pool heating at this property
