Ideal for those who are looking to enjoy the superb sporting facilities of the clube, most only a short walk away. The apartment also benefits from a ground floor rear patio area which is perfect for outside dining, with a BBQ and a small ground floor front terrace although this is close to the communal stairs. As you would expect there is quick and easy access to the central plaza with all its shops and restaurants.

Entrance into Living area - a good size with two leather sofas, coffee table, ‘Club’ TV, video, DVD and CD player and doors to front terrace.
Kitchen/Dining area, large new kitchen fully equipped with hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.  Dining area with table and seating for six people.  Patio doors to rear patio garden with table and chairs and BBQ.
Bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom One with double bed, wardrobes and bedside tables.
Bedroom Two with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables plus extra folding bed if required (additional charge).

Air Conditioning Available, (included High Season) £40 other seasons if requested

This apartment has reduced sports rates for four people.

Bellaluz’s busy Spanish square has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Bellaluz also boasts one of the largest swimming pools available at La Manga Club (solare heated), which itself if surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. Additionally, there is also a good sized children’s pool plus an ever popular bar (seasonal). Within a short walk of the apartments and villas of Bellaluz are most of the resort’s sporting facilities and entertainments.
