This a good sized apartment is set in the heart of this ever popular community. Centrally located within the resort and with plenty of facilities nearby, Bella Luz is ideal for families and groups of friends. These popular apartments are built around a central plaza which contains shops, a bank, a pharmacy and a number of restaurants and bars.

There is a large swimming pool with a poolside bar which is open during the summer months. The large terrace area and gardens also boast a separate pool for children. This three bedroom apartment is on the First Floor and is accessed via 30 steps.
It is optionally air conditioned at an additional charge, but is mandatory in high season.

ACCOMMODATION

Kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. 
Living/Dining room has satellite TV and a CD player and a telephone. Air conditioning is available at extra cost.

The three bedrooms also have optional air conditioning at additional cost. 
Master Bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the walkway at the rear. 
Bedroom Two with twin beds and is also at the rear. 
Bedroom Three is at the front, also with twin beds.
All bedrooms share use of the full bathroom.
