This modern Mediterranean style 7 bedroom/6 bathroom villa, sleeping 13, is set high above the La Manga Club, away from the centre, overlooking the North golf course and offering fantastic views of the La Manga resort and beyond.  It is fully air conditioned/heated with a secure private garden and terrace area with its own pool which can be heated if required. (supplement £225.00 per week or part thereof).  The facilities at Las Lomas, which include restaurants and a deli, are a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note that due to its location close to the North golf course, the villa is some distance from the facilities of the resort and car hire is essential for your stay.  The villa is accessed via a steep drive and has parking outside, with 12 steps up to the front door.

This villa has sports rights entitlement for 10 people.    Free wi-fi is available at this property.

The villa may be rented without the annexe as a lower occupancy villa (5 bedrooms) in low and mid season – please call to discuss requirements.


Living Room – Sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD/CD player, elevated dining area with large table and chairs. Patio doors from living room lead on to large terrace and pool area.

Kitchen – Fully equipped, with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and dining area with table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, TV. En-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, bath, double washbasins and WC.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, with patio doors to terrace and pool. En-suite bathroom: Single washbasin, WC and shower.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, TV. En-suite bathroom: Shower, double washbasins and WC.

Bedroom 4: Single bed, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobes En-suite bathroom:


Master bedroom: Super king bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, patio doors to terrace. En-suite bathroom: Bath, washbasin, separate shower and WC.

The old garage has been converted and leads to a Games Room with table tennis table, Wii console and games and a television. 

An Annexe built on to the side of the old garage provides additional accommodation, but please note that this would not be suitable for young children without supervision:
