This individually designed ‘castle’ villa provides the ultimate holiday accommodation for a family or a group of friends. It is situated close to the entrance of La Manga Club and has fantastic views from its terraces across to the Mar Menor. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite), 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, and is fully air conditioned. The private pool is on a large terrace and there is a pool ‘day room’ with an open plan kitchen and living area, and shower room. Wireless internet connection is included in the price for this amazing villa.  It is likely however that coverage will be limited to the downstairs.

A separate studio apartment which sleeps 3 is also available for rental along with the main house. Please contact us for rates.

Accommodation:

Access to the villa is through electric gates which lead to the imposing staircase up to the front door. A small lift is available for ease of transporting suitcases or shopping. Once inside, the impressive hallway leads to the main living room and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.

From the hall, down a couple of steps, the large living room is beautifully furnished and has a large flat screen TV. Off to one side is a small raised area with a card/games table, whilst at the other end is one of the two dining rooms which then leads to the kitchen. Patio doors lead to a large wrap-around terrace with table, chairs and barbeque, and steps lead down to the pool.

The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. A door leads to a separate terrace where you will find a utility area and washing machine.

The large terrace has plenty of room for sun bathing and there are also additional facilities to enjoy a barbeque. The pool room has a sofa and a flat screen TV, open plan kitchen with dining table, and a separate shower room.

Along a corridor are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds and use of the separate shower room. The second bedroom also has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead out to the graveled garden. The spacious master bedroom is elegantly furnished. It has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large bath with shower over and twin wash basins.

From the hallway, steps lead up to the turret living room which has a flat screen TV and cinema system. Steps then lead up to the 4th bedroom which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a free standing ‘tub’ bath with handheld shower. Patio doors lead to a unique castle style wrap around balcony which provides fantastic views across the resort and to the Mar Menor. The balustrade is low in places and therefore extra care is required when accessing this area.

If renting as 5 bedrooms, the studio apartment sleeps 3 and has its own separate entrance. There is an open plan kitchen/living room/bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a separate shower room.
