Fully air conditioned/heated.  This villa has two living rooms and two kitchens, making it perfect for 2 or more families. It also has a games room on the ground floor.  This villa can be rented as a 4 bed villa in low or mid season – please call for rates.

Main Floor
Living/dining room - Sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD player, with doors to terrace and pool. Dining area with table and chairs.
Cloak room with WC and basin.

Kitchen One – with twin ovens, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and table and chairs. Doors to external dining.

Master bedroom – King size bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, with patio doors to terrace. Ensuite bathroom – Walk in shower, Jacuzzi bath, double washbasins and WC.

Bedroom Two – Double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes. Ensuite bathroom – Bath with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Three – Twin beds, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets.
Bathroom Three – Double walk in shower, twin washbasins and WC.

Ground Floor
Living room two – with sofas, TV, DVD player. Computer desk.

Kitchen two – with units, oven, hob etc.

Games room - Pool table, sofas, doors to terrace and pool.

Bedroom Four – Twin beds, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes.  Ensuite bathroom with Shower, washbasin and WC.  

Bedroom Five - King size bed, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets. This bedroom has an adjoining door to bedroom 4 which can be locked.
Bathroom 5 – Bath with shower, WC and washbasin.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board.

Outside terraces
This villa has large terraces all around the house. Terrace games include oversize chess and draughts and a table tennis table.
The garden has an outside bar area with fridge. Two gas BBQ’s.
Parking.
