Guests of this 3 bedroom apartment have use of the 2 outdoor or 1 indoor community pools. The property is in pristine condition throughout and offers spacious accommodation for families or friends. There is free wi-fi available at the property.

ACCOMMODATION (Access to the apartment is via 15 steps from the parking space)

You enter the apartment into the spacious air conditioned Living/Dining Room which is furnished in a bright and modern style. There is a fireplace, satellite TV and a hi-fi.
Patio doors lead to a terrace with a barbeque and stunning views across to the community pool, the mountains and resort to the Mar Menor beyond. 

Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.
From the living room, pass through an arch to the bedroom area.  
Master Bedroom which has a portable TV, double bed and patio doors to the terrace with great views with En-Suite Bathroom plus additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

OUTSIDE:  There are 2 external community pools one of which is heated and a further indoor heated pool. Steps adjacent to the apartment lead down to the nearest pool.

PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE GOLF RIGHTS therefore golf bookings are payable at the public rate.

Relevant information: In July & August and school holidays please Saturday changeovers only.
